  • Listed rates are for 1-2 adults:

    • Add $5.00/night for each additional adult

    • Add $3.00/night for each child age 13-17

    • Add $1.00/night for each child age 12 & under

  • Sales Tax:

  • Additional Vehicles:

    • $5.00/night (must be pre-approved)

  • Late Check-Out Fee:

    • If available, $10.00 until 3pm. (must be pre-approved)

• Policies:

  • Minimum Stay:

    • A three day minimum stay is required during the Easter, America's Anniversary Weekend, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day holidays.

  • Groups:

    • We are unable to accept groups larger than 2 sites for any reason.  No exceptions.

  • Passport America Restrictions:

    • Tents: Water, Electric and WI-FI $17.50

    • Standard: 30 amp electric, water, sewer and WI-FI $20.00

    • Complete: 50/30amp, Cable, Water, Sewer and WI-FI $22.50

    • Premium Sites: RVs: 50/30amp, Cable, Water and Sewer $25.00

      • Not valid on Thanksgiving (11/19-11-21), Grand Illumination (12/3-12/5), Christmas (12/24-12/26), New Years (12/31-1/2)

• Cancellation Policies:

  • Campsites: 

    • Reservations must be cancelled by noon, three days prior to the date of arrival or the deposit will be non-refundable.  Reservations cancelled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee. 

  • Cottages: 

    • Reservations must be cancelled by noon, thirty days prior to the date of arrival date or the deposit will be non-refundable.  Reservations cancelled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee.

     

• Refund Policies:

  • Campsites: 

    • To qualify for a refund, one must checkout by 11am after their first night of camping.  If the guest stays past 11am after their first night of camping, the remainder of their stay will be non-refundable for any reason.

  • Cottages: 

    • There will be no refunds on rental units for any reason.
