• A deposit is due at the time the reservation is made in the following amounts. 

  • Campsites: $50.00

  • Cottages: $250.00

   

• A two day minimum stay is required for reservations.

• A three day minimum stay is required during the Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day holidays.  No early checkouts allowed. 

• We are unable to accept groups larger than 2 sites.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

• Campsites:  Reservations must be cancelled by noon, three days prior to the date of arrival or the deposit will be non-refundable.  Reservations cancelled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee.

   

• Cottages:  Reservations must be cancelled by noon, thirty days prior to the date of arrival date or the deposit will be non-refundable.  Reservations cancelled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee.

   

• Refund Policy

  • Sites:  To qualify for a refund, one must checkout by 11am after their first night of camping.  If the guest stays past 11am after their first night of camping, the remainder of their stay will be non-refundable for any reason.  No refunds may be given during holiday periods.  

  • Rental Units:  There will be no refunds on rental units for any reason.
